SWSSS would like to extend a warm welcome to you all to our summer soccer competition for 2025.
All team nominations and player registrations are completed online via Dribl. Search by club name and enter “South West Sydney Summer” to find us.
Expression of Interest entries will be open from 1st July 2025. Go to 2025 EOI
Registrations for team nominations players and their managers will open 1st August 2025. As the manager, you will be registered along with the team nomination. The manger will receive a team code and will need to distribute this to all players for use during their registration. This will automatically map players to their team in Dribl.
All registrations must be finalised by 23rd September 2025.
Active Kids Vouchers
SWSSS will be accepting Active Kids Vouchers. This government program provides $50 vouchers for parents, guardians and carers of school-enrolled children to use towards sport and active recreation costs. From 1st February 2024, the voucher will only be available to those eligible.

This should be completed prior to commencing the Player Dribl registration as the details will be required to be entered on the registration form.
Registration Fees
Registration fees for the 2025 summer season are as follows:
- Under 6 and Under 7 leagues – $140
- Under 8 and up – $160
- Managers – Free!
Note that 5 year olds will play in the Under 6 league.
Registration fees include:
- player jersey
- referee and game leader fees; and
- sports insurance.
Payments
Payments must be made through the Dribl portal at the time of registration. Credit card and debit card are accepted.
Players Identification
Players may need their identification verified during the registration approval process. Parents/guardians will be contacted if required.
A passport like photo is required to be uploaded to Dribl for player ID. Please ensure photos are of the head and shoulders, looking directly at the camera and clear with no shadows. Photos must be less than 12 months old.
Team Officials – Managers
All managers must register themselves at team nomination time in Dribl.
All managers coach under age children MUST complete, or already have, a Working with Children Check prior to registration and provide the WWCC number when registering. Your registration will be declined if you do not have a valid check. Check out our Working with Children Check Handbook on our Resources Page for details.
Referees
Referees are required to register online via Dribl. Select the South West Sydney Summer Referees club when registering.
All referees will receive a shirt to wear on the field.
